I'm leaning towards voting for Nintendohnut right now, but he isn't a shinigami. I do find it strange that he hides his heat signature though.

I'm still a bit confused about where everyone's getting their suspicions from. Is this all because of the fact that his house is abandoned/smells bad, he doesn't have a heat signature and apparently doesn't breathe? Arresting him isn't gonna help though, since we don't find out alignments or any info other than a face, in fact. But I do think that the weird stuff about his house/not breathing makes it sound more likely that he's a bad character than good.

Surveillance Camera 1 [22 Elmgreen Drive]

Sméagol enters the house and does not leave for the night.

Surveillance Camera 2 [1006 Maple Street]

Ellmeister enters and does not leave for the night.

Rummy enters the house and leaves 3 minutes later with what appears to be a few sheets of paper. Later that night, Jonnas enters and does not leave for the night.

Cube enters and does not leave for the night.

Mr-paul and Dannyboy knock on the door and are allowed in by ReZourceman. Jonnas knocks on the door 45 minutes later, and is also allowed in. Jonnas is the only one to leave, and it occurs 2 hours and 23 minutes after entering.

Reports

There was only one report, likely due to the harsh, snowy weather conditions.

A man with glasses is seen breaking into a house at 234 Lansdowne Road. Neighbours were concerned but noted that the man left very quickly. Not even 5 minutes after entering.

The dead man the SFU attempted to arrest yesterday was named Yuri Analtar. Autopsy reports show that he had been dead for several weeks, the cause is unknown. A large cavity was found in Yuri's back, it appears to have been dug post-mortem. Inside the cavity there was a keyboard attached to the suit he had been wearing, this keyboard was a communicative device that spoke out the words that were typed into the device. The man lived at 345 Foxborough Lawn. The home had no electricity, phone or television capabilities as the bills had not been paid for weeks.
