I've had a few games on MW3, but I find that I'm getting burnt out on this far quicker than I did on Black Ops. Black Ops just had far more depth to it!

pc got 5 new presteiges :O and aparantly will come to all consoles too

Whereas I agree Black Ops has more to it in terms of how you can approach each game, I think the fact that you're getting burnt out so early into the game's lifespan is due ro the amount of time put into Black Ops too.

Don't forget, you can get CoD'ed out!

I recommend you take a complete break from CoD, finish Zelda, pick up Xenoblade and play through that, then The Last Story and by the time you come back to CoD you'll enjoy it again.

Anyone noticed an increase in lag recently? Was playing a game before and had to double check I wasn't playing Quantum Leap the feature length video game! Any game I've played in the last few days has had quite major handicapping lag.

As I'm playing the game tonight, yes. Yes I've noticed that it seems to have heavy lag.

Was online earlier with Zechs & Nightmare (and Beats but he had no mic so don't know if he seen it or not) and neither had seen this when I mentioned it so thought I'd give it a post here for all to see.


Though on another note I'd like to say thanks to whichever one of ye was host and pulled the plug after that last game, thanks for erasing my 30 - 7 score.

I was having poor performances all night but was feeling good finishing up with a score like that which for me is a very good score and not one I get similar to often. Felt like I had offset some of the poor games I had eariler in the evening, but instead "lost connection to host" appears to the end and it is the good game that I had that gets erased from history

Despite my poor performances in the previous games I was still enjoying playing (as of course I enjoy the good banter we have over the headsets... especially when Zechs & I talk Maiden), and I was enjoying playing even more so during that last game as I also played well... felt like getting out of a big slump... but then to not have that not count that really put a downer on the evening for me.

Rage-quitting is a chumps game! I'll go on record right now and say that rage-quitting is worse than Akimbo FMGs, drop-shotting, quick-scoping, noob-tubing or anything of the like.
It's a way to fix stats and is just as bad, if not worse, as joining XP lobbies just to boost your rank!

Again; rage-quitting is for chumps!

Haha. Wasn't me dude; I was the last man standing. Must have been someone on the other team.

On that last game I think we were getting dominated for 2 thrids, 3 quarters, not by much like. Think we gave a final push at the arse end of the match and grabbed the win. That's like a red rag to a rage quiter. Highly embracing moment on Mission though when we all pilled on flag B and someone lobbed a nade into the party and got a 5 man mullti kill hahaha.. oh no...

Still and all, pretty solid team performance. Honestly, I can only remember losing 1 game whenever I've played with you lot, and I'm not sure if that was just day dream I had because I felt guilty about winning too much!

I think sometimes you can look bad on the scoreboard but that doesn't mean you didn't play a vital role.

It always seems to be those who never ever get picked as host who complain about rage quitting.

You're lucky you have me, Zechs & Nightmare hosting for you and those (many) times the game makes it unplayable (mainly for me and Zechs) for the host, you should accept it when they void the game.

Rage quitting when host and with lag that makes the game unplayable is fine by me, I now only host team tactical games because of it.

If I have a bad game because I played poorly, I'll accept that but when the host lag makes me die from 1 shot all game... No, I'm not having that.

I host tonnes of my games because I'll play on my own and not just with you lot and when I do, I host. Whereas I do understand where you're coming from I'll still not pull the plug... I still believe it to be fairly chumpish.
The following is not directed at you Lostmario but is the way I see it across the board for everyone:

Why is it that someone else should have to stick around just to make sure your games count when they host if you are a plug puller when you're hosting? It'd only be fair if the host, no matter who it was, always pulled the plug in every single game that was ever played.


@ben sacrificed his game to host on Black Ops for around 90% of the year. He never went pulling the plug.

Take the rough with the smooth, don't ruin your friend's scores.
