Funny, as I hosted plenty of games on Black Ops and only on Nuketown did it affect my game, I got Dogs loads of times as host too

Black Ops host lag on all maps but Nuketown is nothing compared to host lag on this.

You were lucky on Black Ops then as I found it just as bad as it is on this, but worse when it was on Nuketown.

I do find it's still map dependent though how badly it effects your game, the smaller maps being worse I find.
Funnily enough I find Carbon the best map to host on. I've had a couple of my MOABs whilst hosting on Carbon.

My god that looks like one hell of a patch. I wasn't expecting to see half of that stuff patched if we even were to get another one.


Also RE: my rant last night (seeing as I seemed to have caused a few buttons to be pushed) I forgot to put in my post last night that it didn't seem like to me anyone was having a bad game which made it more annoying, why pull the plug when you didn't play bad? Was it just cause it was the last game and it's become a reflex?

Whoever was host and pulled the plug I don't think it was particularly for any raging reason but a reflex as we all said it was our last game anyway. I'm not trying to mention any names, don't want to start arguments, plus I'm not fully sure who was host cause two people "vanished" as soon as the game ended.

Just can those guys who like to pull the plug try to remember that while it helps you maintain your stats when you think the host lag is frakking your game, if you pull the plug and your teammate(s) had a good game you are pretty much deflating their scores while trying to maintain yours.

That's really the one thing about "rage quitting" that gets to me... if Treyarc could patch it so that if the host leaves it would migrate the host to someone else or at least be able to maintain the scores then it honestly wouldn't bother me.

I know I'm not the best FPS player and I've likely got the lowest KD of the N-E Clan and while that doesn't bother me that much anyway I do wonder what it could be if I hadn't lost so many scores because the "host lost connection"

Anyway as it's Thrusday I should be playing the MK League tonight but going to the cinema with a mate to see Chronicle instead (sorry Lost, hope the league goes well this evening), so I'll prolly be back on this tomorrow

Oh and seeing how Choppa's are now fixed I'm actually gonna miss the gimped ones Haha
I'll miss seeing a chopper in the air and knowing it wasn't gonna kill me

I have to say, now the choppers are working it's just too unfair on the opposition!
It's an N-E rape-fest! Total domination over our opponents. It's so unfair, the poor bastards!

MOABs are flying out too! They're easier to get now you have the cover of choppers to watch your back.

Has the chopper update situation effected anyone's loadouts? I was on the receiving end of a swarm before and I didn't much like it!! Anti-air or Blindeye? I get the feeling that matches between organised clans will be a race for sky domance and whole ever fills the skies first, wins.

For my style of play I think I'd rather carry a launcher and SAMs than sacrifice quicker reloading for Blindeye.

I've changed just one of my classes to include choppers. I still think there's no beating Specialist!

In regards to Blind Eye vs Launchers I'd pick launchers personally. Although I don't use either as I have a lot of faith in N-E's ability to keep our enemies from getting any air support!

Why is it right, if you're not playing with N-E, I always seem to get put with the worst bunch of f***ing munters in the universe. Nine times out of ten I'll get put with a crew who die in double figures and and kill count on one hand. I tried Domination then and ashamedly my head nearly exploded in frustration.

I tried to prestige last night and for some reason it wasn't working, I tried it 3times but just kept my same level. So I went offline and back on and it worked, and for some reason it gave me 3 prestige tokens! One for each time I tried, I wish I had kept trying over and over I could have ended up with loads of them!!

I have used one but not sure what to do with the other 2. I have enough custom classes and have carried over all the weapons / equipment I need so each time I now prestige I only have to get to level 4 and I'm back with all my favourite classes! Anyone got any ideas for the reaming 2 tokens? Anything I have missed that's worth getting?*
