I have bolded 2 players from each group who I'd like to make sure everything goes smoothly, takes photos of final scoreboards and posts them / sends them me.


Groups are based on your league positions.


Can I suggest you all use the chatroom during GP's if you have access, don't join 5-10 minutes early as you'll cause the auto start to kick in when others start to join.

Wasn't sure if I'd make tonight anyway, going out for a bit won't be back till bout 8.30 and will likely just relax on the sofa and watch whatever remains of the Dutch vs the Germans

Got communication errors on GP1 and GP2 but I managed to at least see GP3 through to the end. @RedShell did you see me fly straight into the painting at the entrance of Luigi's Mansion?

I didn't, no. Couldn't see much on any of those Luigi's Mansion races to be honest, they were completely insane! Is it just me, or did the amount of items flying around increase loads on the last GP?

Best moment was throwing a banana during the descent at the end of Wuhu Mountain Loop that scored a direct hit on Foo in the air and mad him spin to the ground and letting me steal first place just before the line

Too bad i got disconnected after that. Good games though, i enjoyed Luigi's Mansion. It is testament to the unpredictability of MK7 that i came in different positions each race. I'm not sure if the winner was different every race, but i wouldn't be surprised! They were very close and tense.

Sorry, didn't get the opportunity to take any photos. In all fairness my heart really wasn't in it (only three people in our group - its really not that fun with three).

I'm not sure what is happening with group 4 at the moment, take @Katie out of the group and it all falls apart.

Didn't anyone notice I wasn't in the lobby? I was in the chatroom. I somehow missed two calls to join groups; absolutely no idea what happened there. When I found out you all kicked off I spat my dummy out and booted a small puppy into orbit; I only found out afterwards I was supposed to take pics... What a disaster.

Well I shouldn't take all the credit especially as I turned up with a dead camera battery last time Group 4 do seem to have the worst turn out each week, you might have to bold all the players to make sure there are some pics at the end..

Could they do a re-match this week with all the players or is it just their bad luck?

I'm not sure what happened this week, but the general rules are that everyone joins the communities at 20:15 (not before because it starts the auto-count down clock). If there are still players missing keep waiting but once the count down starts the races start, if people re-set everytime a player dropped out/didn't turn up the GPs would take all night.

Hopefully things will run smoother next week.
