News: Twilight Princess Trading Cards Revealed

Your favourite characters from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess have been made into trading card form. Trading card company Enterplay has produced an 86 card set themed on the latest Zelda title, including foil cards, tattoo cards, and a sweepstake card with a chance to win a Wii or a special Nintendo t-shirt.

The packs are priced at $1.99 in America, but apparently will be getting a worldwide release. We'll bring you more details when they're announced, but in the meantime, Enterplay has a picture of the card packets here!

I might get the tattoo packs, I always wanted to pretend to be as hardcore as those who get Tattoos of their favorite games

If they're $1.99 in the US, they should be £1 in England, but of course, they'll retail bout £3. Which is bout $6 US.

Play.com already got them up on the website ready to sell. Wonder when they will have stock of them. Reckon I'll pick a pack up just to have a set. :)

I've always hated trading cards... Wizard's of the Coast style battling trading cards are okay, but even then I'd only bother with the long-running Magic: The Gathering series, rather than some short-lived tie-in merchandise.

None Wizard's cards like these though, that don't actually have a game behind them, are particularly pointless.

well, anythin that can bump up sales for the game a bit must be good.
I find it quite upsetting that the Zelda franchise isn't that great at a selling point, whereas it's one of the best out there (in terms of quality of games)

what I want right now is a new zelda game, or at least news of it. Twilight princess got boring... If I wanted a tattoo I would make a real one, but I would never make a tattoo based on a videogame.
