News: Nintendo 3DS Date and Price Soon

Nintendo announce there are only 62 days left... until we find out the details.

While lots of rumours, speculations and hints have circulated about exactly when the Nintendo 3DS will be released, and at what cost, the details have yet to be officially announced. Nintendo today announced to Bloomberg Japan that these details will be announced on September 29th.

Previous indications from Nintendo have stated that it will be out in all territories before the end of March 2011 and will cost less than £200. We'll have to wait two months before exact information is unveiled but hopefully they'll repeat what they did with the Wii and announce the details not long before releasing the product.

Several of our staff members were fortunate enough to play the 3DS recently and impressions will be posted in the coming days so stay tuned!

Yeah because press conferences are an impulsive thing, it's not like they need to inform the press of it.

I reckon £150....
Though VAT's going up in April....

Then the next year they'll add a gaming tax because too many idiots are binge gaming and commiting crime because of games.
But instead of criminalising crime, the innocent, responsible gamer will be made to pay more money for doing nothing wrong.
