Nintendo has recently shown some spooktacular new footage from Luigi's Mansion 3 as the scheduled presentations from Gamescom 2019 continue, lots of ghostly things going on in this video including a brand new floor of the hotel, but don't feel you have to watch it if you want to completely avoid spoilers.
