Namco Bandai helping development of next Super Smash Bros. game

The Japanese Nintendo Direct has revealed that the next Super Smash Bros. game - for 3DS and Wii U - is being partly developed by Namco Bandai.

Kenya Kobayashi is serving as a producer on the title, while Yoshito Hugichi is director. Both have worked on the Tales series previously.

Both will co-ordinate with series creator Masahiro Sakurai, whose Sora studio heads up development on the game.

The game is currently without a release date.
