The second J.League game from Konami, and this one doesn’t make significant changes from the last ISS game. The game is still focused heavily on passing, and there’s still the issue that your players don’t like following you into the box.

While the gameplay is similar, there’s also a brand new career mode where you create a player and work through a career – although instead of struggling with the version in this game, I’ll take a proper look at the English translation of it in ISS 2000.
