Christmas is always a great time for we gamers. There's nothing like finding a brand new console or game waiting for you. So our staff look back at Christmas past at their best and worst December 25ths.

My best Christmas will definatley be this upcoming one. Why? Because this will be the first christmas I get to spend with my Orange cube! (joke) To be honest I do not think I will be able to play my GameCube during christmas. Too much family around which I will have to pay attention to. And then there of course also is my girlfriend who I am spending the days with, for the first time. These upcoming days are going to be ones to remember!
My worst Christmas. Hmm that is a tough question as I do not really recall any bad moments. I might have been upset, when I was a little kid, that I got clothes instead of GIJoe action figures. Let me get back on this one...

Best Christmas was when I got Zelda OOT and loads of other games for chrimbo , my mum said she couldnt get one game and I was thinking to myself , Damn its Zelda OOT , OH NO , but on christmas day they were all there , it was F-Zero X she couldn't get but found it somewhere else.
Worse Christmas was 2000, the year my mum left the Friday before Christmas , was very upsetting and not fun at all.

Best Christmas? Hmm, generally all my christmas's have been good, but the last 2 have been that little extra special considering I could drink and get that extra touch of enjoyment when out with my familly, last Christmas (you gave me your heart...no must resist must the terrible xmas songs!) the gang got together and sang our renditions of Bohemian Rhapsody on the kareoke! Quite a feat it was, also my mom seemed to have been more generous with gifts for some reason, but I'm not complaining! The more pressies the better.
Can't say I've had a worst Christmas. In terms of gaming (this is a gaming site after all) can't remember the year exactly but the best ones were where I was still plugging away at Zelda Ocarina Of Time every day for hours on end and playing all the snowy levels on Diddy Kong Racing, that I always remember, and the Mario kart races with all my familly that come home, good days. More of the same this year hehe.

My best Christmas was when I got Zelda Oot. Every time I play the game It reminds my of Christmas. Maybe thats why I ove the game so much?
My worst Christmas was I think about 5 years ago. A couple of days before Christmas I went to the beach for the day, I didn't have a shirt on or any sun cream so at the end of the day I was bright red and it hurt like hell. I hard time sleeping that night....The next morning when I woke up my back was hurting real bad so I looked in the mirror and I had all these blisters on my back, I could bearly put a shirt on it hurt so much. In about 5 minutes I figured out I couldn't do anything without hurting myself. The rest of the day I just laid on my stomach, and I tryed to sleep. The next day was Christmas and it still hadn't cleared up so had to lay still all day, and to top it off I didn't get what I wanted.

Hmm well no Christmas has been really good or really bad. Last Christmas was awkward for various reasons and my brother woke me up at 4am and the Christmas before was a bit bad as well, but again no real bad ones, just lots of mishaps.
Best christmas, maybe this year. I wont get any games but it should generally be a good christmas. Plus im likely to get a lot of money which will go towards games in the january sales.

Like so many others, my favourite Christmas has got to be the Xmas of 1998. After reading about it so much, I finally got my hands on Zelda: Ocarina of Time. I rushed down the stair and there it was, just sitting there (I could almost imagine a bright white light around it and a choir in the background). After all the 'wow's, 'ohmygod's and 'thankyou's were over I raced upstairs, but couldn't open the box in my excitement thanks to some annoying sticky plastic on it. SO I ripped the box down the middle and slammed the cart in. And just sat there, in awe. I stared in that seat for a whole month...
I haven't really had any bad Christmas' to be honest, I'm an optimist with games and like to think I've had all great Christmas' :) Although, this year will probably be the worst, as I'm not really getting any 'big' games. It'll still be good, but not earth-shattering good.
On a final note, Merry Christmas to all our readers. We hope your Christmas is as good as some of the above.
