Welcome in 2020, and we are glad to say that even in between all the holidays the N-E Café is open for business. This week is all about the PodPals game Demon's Crest. But before going into that, Lee and Nick discuss the weekly news including Luigi's Mansion DLC and a mysterious maintenance announcement for the Switch.

Lee shares the ins and outs of New Super Lucky's Tale, a charming albeit easy platformer for the Switch that he finished resently. Nick is joined by staff member Dennis to discuss Pokémon Sword and Shovel Knight, which received its final update completing the saga. Is King of Cards a worthy ending to the story so far?

And then it is time for the big topic, the PodPals game Demon's Crest. Chosen by Twitter democracy, this game got picked out of a list of 4 SNES games to be played by the hosts and any listener who wanted to chip in. But is it a must-play in this day and age? How does this game hold up anno 2020? Lee, Nick and Dennis give their unsalted opinions on this Capcom classic.
