Original N64europe Review

I was looking forward to new Fifa releases on the N64. I was a bit disappointed of Fif64 I hoped Fifa 98 would be improved. I was right, Fifa 98 is until now in my opinion the best soccer game on the N64! There are hundreds of moves more compared to Fifa 64. The graphics have also been improved, and not a little bit! In Fifa 64 you couldn't even choose teams from Holland, well now you can choose every team of the Netherlands. That has not only changed for Holland but also for Sweden, Finland en lots more countries!

In Fifa 98 when you get a red card, the football player almost kicks ass with the referee. There are lots of stadiums to choose of! You can even choose the weather you like, rainy, snowy, stormy and misty. You can choose for daytime or nighttime. In the main menu you can now choose for training, league, road to the world cup and penalty shoot outs. The hell there is even an option to buy players, you can make your own dreamteam! You can also edit the outfits and there head. What more do you want! The gameplay has also been much improved compared to Fifa 64, although there are lots of more buttons you've got to push, it plays better. Once you know all the moves, playing the game will give you a kick you can never experience without Fifa 98. The game is also an affordable game, so run to the shop and experience the time of your live with this fantastic game!
