Joy Sound is a karaoke game from Hudson which is controlled with a USB microphone (sold separately, since, well, you can't download it). The separate USB microphone comes bundled with a disc full of additional songs, and it has been announced that new songs packs can be downloaded from WiiWare even after the release of the game.
