Nintendo announced some interesting Resident Evil information yesterday. Nintendo revealed the game's Japanese release date, which is March 22nd. Good news for our Japanese friends!
However, the most interesting announcement yesterday was the fact that Resident evil will be using two discs instead of the usual one. The extra space was needed for all the movies and features.
The game is almost finished, and is now tested.

Resident Evil will be the first game to use multiple discs, and therefore Nintendo will have to redesign the disc case. The company is not sure yet how to do the redesign, but they might add a second fold in the case.
