Amazon Japan launches Pokémon Store

Amazon is a wonderful place with everything from your favourite book, those terrible Ty Beanie Babies and of course, "Parent Child Testing Product, 5 Pack". Just when you thought Amazon had everything covered though, they go and unveil the Pokémon Store.
This special section of Amazon is dedicated to all things Pokémon, culminating all of the website's Pokémon products into one place as well as throwing in limited edition goods from the seven Pokémon Center stores in Japan.
There's plenty on offer too. Remember walking into Woolworths in 1999 and finding entire aisles dedicated to Pokémon? Or flicking through page after page of Pokémon merchandise in Argos? Well imagine that... ten fold.
There are currently over 10,000 Pokémon-related items on the store, including everything from noodles, chopsticks, sweets, UNO, Eevee, kettles, cars, a spoon and the entire Pokémon movie box-set.
It would honestly take us all day to point out all of the incredibly awesome things available on this store, so it's with a heavy heart that I inform you the store requires you to have a physical address in Japan.
Indeed, right now it may feel like you've caught a Mew and forgot to save your game. Or perhaps even that you've unwillingly come across Missingno. and he's ruined everything you ever worked for. For this we are sorry, and can only hope that you see the happiness in these children's eyes whilst playing with this life-size Pikachu and stay strong in the hope that one day the store will become available over here... or that one day you will move to Japan.
