Charts: Japanese Hardware & Software

It looks like Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicle may have helped the GameCube. Charts for the week ending August 10th.

GameCube sales have almost doubled and it seems to be largly thanks to Final Fantasy. This means the number of GameCubes sold is nearly half of the number of PS2s sold, certainly an improvement from six months ago. Charts are thanks to Media Create and Bloomberg Japan.

While Final Fantasy didn't make it to number one it did enter in at number two making it the second GameCube exclusive game in the charts. When the charts were compiled it had only been out for two days. Charts are thanks to Media Create and Bloomberg Japan
