Charts: Japanese Software

The week's software charts have arrived from the land of the rising sun, and a GameCube title grabs the top spot

The Japanese software charts are here, and unlike recent weeks, a GameCube title takes the top spot. The phenomenon that is Pokemon dominates the charts, with Pokemon Box (complete with memory card and GCN/GBA link cable) for GameCube taking first place. The GBA features heavily with four titles making into the top ten, Pokemon Sapphire and Ruby slide in at eight and ten respectively and Family Stadium 2003 for the GameCube takes 6th place. A good week for Nintendo, with those cute monsters proving their worth once again.
