Charts: New Japanese Software & Hardware Sales

New Super Mario Bros surpasses two million units sold in the Land of the Rising DS.

Courtesy of Media Create we have the latest weekly sales figures from Japan.

New Super Mario Bros. has surpassed the 2 million sold milestone in little more than a month of availability in Japan. This brings the total number of double-platinum selling DS titles to 4, joining the Brain Training games and Animal Crossing Wild World.
Meanwhile, the DS Lite continued its romp through Japan. The sustained volume of hardware sales remains unprecedented.
