The Wii U is a great console and the OS a huge step from what we saw on Wii, but one thing that still annoys people to this day is those ghastly loading times when loading up an application or going back to the Home menu. 

Indeed, whilst many hobbies have been taken up in order to ease the pain of these loading times, such as knitting and taking pictures of your coffee for Instagram, these were never really long-term solutions.

Thankfully, Nintendo are set to finally fix the loading times with the Spring update (exact date not given, naturally) and have made a comparison video to show gamers how silky smooth the transition from game to Home menu will be in future.
