There has been a lot of talk in the past few months about the current situation regarding DLC for the Wii U. The final single-player DLC for Mass Effect 3 (Omega and Citadel) never came to the Wii U, Sniper Elite V2 did not include it at all (amongst other things) and it seemed that Batman: Arkham Origins would follow suit when we saw that the promotional poster of the game had this written on the fine print:
Downloadable Content not available on all platforms.
Then we got the official press release mentioning that Deathstroke was playable on all platforms apart from the Wii U. However, retailers had the DLC available for all platforms including the Wii U when you pre-order the game.
Thankfully we can finally put the confusion to bed. Aussie-Gamer recieved an official statement from the publisher (Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment) confirming that the Deathstroke DLC is coming to the Wii U.
The extra content allows you to play as Deathstroke in challenge mode. You get two skins and two more challenge maps.
Batman: Arkham Origins will glide into stores worldwide on October the 25th For the Wii U, PS3, Xbox 360 & PC.
