In a continuation of Cube-Europe's coverage of Nintendo's pre-E3 conference, which is occurring as I type, we can reveal that a new incarnation of The Sims is being created for GameCube, with both Nintendo and EA at the helm, complete with a GBA/GCN link up feature. A new version of The Sims is also in development for the GBA, the first version of the title on a handheld console. Shigeru Miyamoto and the creator of the Sims series, Will Wright, announced the titles to an overwhelmed crowd. The two titles will connect up and will feature a "transport" system.
