Namco could utilize Nintendo's Gamecube LAN technology (that will be also featured in Mario Kart: Double Dash) for its shooter Starfox Armada. However, this is only a rumor, and both Namco and Nintendo did not confirm nor deny it. That said, an eight player mode will be really cool, and the support of high quality games will help greatly for the success of this new technology.
