Acclaim has announced that two of its titles, Gladiator: Sword of Vengeance and NBA Jam 2004, have been canned for the Nintendo GameCube and will be no longer released.

The Gladiator game will no longer receive a PS2 version, therefore becoming an Xbox exclusive. NBA Jam 2004, on the other hand, will still come out on the PS2 and Xbox.

I didn't care much for Sword of Vengeance but too bad for NBA Jam...
