The Nintendo exclusive Wallace & Gromit In Project Zoo, which is being developed by Aardman, will be present at E3, BAM! revealed today, and surprisingly it will be shown at Nintendo's booth. The title is based on the popular comedy series Wallace & Gromit, a series which compromises of short movies which feature characters made skilfully out of clay, the main characters being Wallace, a chirpy character with endless desire for inventing and cheese, and Gromit, his loyal pooch, who is of high intelligence.
"Having Wallace & Gromit in Project Zoo chosen to be part of Nintendo's booth is a great honour," said Ray Musci, Chief Executive Officer of BAM! Entertainment. "Nintendo is helping get the word out that this much-loved duo is on its way."
"We are excited that Wallace & Gromit will be exhibited in Nintendo's booth and that they will be making their first trip to E3 in style," said Sean Clarke, Vice President of Consumer Products at Aardman. "Fans of Wallace & Gromit have waited a long time to see these timeless characters come to video game platforms."
The title is of the action/adventure genre, and sees the player taking control of Gromit, as well as being accompanied by his trusty friend Wallace, who will help in out with his wacky inventions, as they attempt to free a zoo from the clutches of evil Feathers McGraw. 24 missions combined with 12 mini-games will ensure you're always busy; we will have more on this when the show floor opens.
