Our view that Nintendo had a blinkin' good E3 is shared it seems- as the official E3 2004 awards nominees have landed in our inbox, with Nintendo coming out on top. Along with Electronic Arts, Nintendo had the greatest amount of nominations- eleven to be precise. The GameCube received eighteen nominations- bettering last year's nominations by six- while the Game Boy Advance disappointingly received none, with the brand spanking-new Nintendo DS being nominated for three awards. Bungie's Halo 2 seems to be the game of the show however, netting four nominations. The relevant list of nominees lies below:
