Astonishingly cool-looking, the Paper Mario series will grace the Cube a final time... as a platformer!

Like DK Bongo Blast, this swansong title for the Cube was left unrevealed at the E3 conference this morning in favour of bigger announcements. The title however, is very intriguing - mixing the side-scrolling platformer genre of classic Mario games with the looks of the acclaimed Paper Mario spin-off series.

2D and 3D gameplay is fused together, as the play shifts back and forth between dimensions. Mario, Peach and Bowser all appear to be playable. The game looks amazing in motion, so we highly reccomend you check out Nintendo's trailer for the game here, and then peruse the shots from the game here!
