E3 2007: Expo Participants Listed

Nintendo plans to attend the sized-down expo, along with a much shorter than usual list of companies...

With the year's biggest gaming event effectively now split into two separate shows, preparation is now underway for the business side of the event, the E3 Media & Business Summit. To be held from the 11-13th July, we've heard the official line-up of companies attending - just 32, down from over 400 at last year's May event.

The list features: 1C Company, Activision, Akella, Atari, Atlus, Buena Vista Games (now Disney Interactive Studios), Capcom, Codemasters, Crave Entertainment, Eidos, Electronic Arts, Foundation 9 Entertainment, id Software, Konami, Logitech, LucasArts, Majesco, Microsoft, Midway, Namco Bandai Games, NCsoft, Nintendo, Nyko, Sega, Sony Computer Entertainment, Sony Online Entertainment, Square Enix, Take-Two Interactive, THQ, Ubisoft, Vivendi Games, and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.

No real suprise additions or ommissions there. It remains to see how the event will compare to last year's convention - how much will be announced, or whether some announcements will be saved for the E For All public event in October.
