The heavily rumoured expansion to Nintendo's immensely popular fitness pack has been revealed at E3 2009!

It was the cause of a fitness craze across the world, and is responsible for bringing us Wii Fit girl and upsetting podgy school children. Now it's back again to burn off our excess flab - say hello to Wii Fit Plus.

The follow-up promises players freedom to become their own personal trainer and customise their personal routine. This customisation also lets players cater for specific body areas. 15 new Balance Board games are included, including a funky-looking waist-wiggling game and a Mario-esque obstacle course.

The game is fully compatible with the existing Balance Board.
