Reggie Fils-Aime says Wii U will be online in a much bigger way than before.

Speaking to GameTrailers Reggie Fils-Aime confirmed that Nintendo will be focusing more on online with Wii U and the online capability is to be much bigger than on Wii. He says that their approach will be flexible, taking the best of third party developers and what they do and combining them.

Mr. Fils-Aime stated that they did not discuss online during the conference because it is "taken for granted" and they wanted to focus on the experience of the new console. However, they did confirm that more information will be released this week so stay tuned to N-Europe.
