The DSiWare version of Zelda: Four Swords is a port of the GBA one.

Nintendo kicked off this year's E3 conference with a tribute to The Legend of Zelda as the series turns 25 this year. As part of the celebrations they announced that The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords would be coming to the DSiWare service later this year for free.

Destructoid has learnt that the title is a port of the Game Boy Advance game rather than a brand new version. This also means that it is unlikely that it will feature online multiplayer, although this has yet to be confirmed by Nintendo.
