Nintendo has uploaded a video of their own booth so that those who can't be there can see what they're missing out on.

The Nintendo booth at E3 is undoubtedly one of the most popular due to the recently announced Wii U and a strong line-up for the 3DS. Nintendo has posted a video they took from the booth to give outsides a look in. The video scrolls past a lot of people either queueing up or playing video games and shows just how busy their booth is.
