The Sam and Max developers are excited about the new possibilities the Wii U brings.
TellTale games has been behind some of the big episodic titles released on the WiiWare service over the years. Their games such as Sam and Max and Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People have impressed gamers and if their comments on the Wii U is anything to go by we should hopefully see more from them in the future.
Speaking to CVG executive producer Kevin Boyle described the company as "excited" by what the Wii U can do. He draws comparison with the iPad, a device that has seen a number of TellTale games do well.
"We'll always look at any new platform, and this is no different. iOS has been fantastic for us on iPad with the touch screen and we'll seriously consider anything in that vain. We're not making any promises, but we're excited by anything like that."
Hopefully this excitement will follow through to some games being released on the Wii U when it launches next year.
