Square-Enix's 3DS-exclusive JRPG Bravely Default has already been out in Japan for almost a year, and eastern gamers were recently treated to the announcement that an 'improved' version of the game would be hitting shelves. Snappily called Bravely Default: For the Sequel, the new iteration will include tighter controls, finer gameplay mechanics, and additional difficulty settings.
Happily, it has today been confirmed that this enhanced version of Bravely Default will be the one localised for a western release. Furthermore, the western versions will include both English and the original Japanese voice tracks on the card.
Bravely Default: Flying Fairy was mooted for a surprise western release by Nintendo earlier this year. As it stands, the game is still officially due to release in Europe in 2013, with a release in North America expected in 2014.
