GameCube - No Easy Hack

According to an interview with a video game pirate in Plaza Meave, Mexico, PS2 discs have practically no pirate protection on them, allowing pirates across the globe to have a field day, sticking as many games on a DVD as possible. The "Professional" Pirate also claimed that they are on the verge of releasing illegal X-Box discs, and have made the modifications required to bypass or get around the security features on the X-Box. He said they are just "Waiting a short while before they release the pirated discs".
Hackers and Pirates are also working on ways to make X-Box games playable on your PC.
According to the Mexican software pirate, the GameCube discs are not as "good" as they are much harder to pirate and illegally copy because of the proprietary 8cm Mini-DVD discs it uses, as well as security features which are proving a little hard to get around.
The interviewer also (strangely) asked the software pirate what consoles had sold the best these Christmas holidays. Apparently the PSone is the strongest (?) followed by the GameCube, X-Box, and finally the PS2.
The interview also showed that the software pirating business is definitely growing. Even though many of you Cuboids out there aren't particularly upset about PS2's and the X-Box's pirating issues, the pirates may well crack the GameCube's security and disc protection methods too one day.
