GAME has announced that Gamestation stores will be rebranded as GAME.

The news is believed to have been announced during the annual GAME Conference, taking place today.

Since GAME acquired Gamestation from Blockblusters in 2007 the two stores have maintained separate identities, although there has been many similarities between the two.

More details about the rebranding are expected to be announced shortly.
