Nintendo slips a new game onto it's release list... Wii Chess...

Little is known about Wii Chess, apart from the name and that it is due for release in 2007. This wouldn't be the first time that Nintendo of Europe put a game on their release list prior to announcement - at E3 they added Advance Wars 2 for the DS to the European release list. Incidentally, Advance Wars 2 also appears on the updated release list, but this time it is set for 2008.

What is odd is that the name suggest that it is only one game, rather than the compilations found in all other such Wii titles. What makes this Chess game necessary to include on a disk on its own? Or is this actually a Wii Software title?
