We knew that our hero wanted to win a lot of money through Hero Battles but now we find out that he isn't trying to get rich, instead Kaito's first priority is to clear this rather large 1-Billion-Yen debt that he has somehow amassed.

Kaito Gosho has decided to pay his way back through Hero Battles. Kaito dons his Hero Gear in order to control the various heroes in this game, each with their own style and abilities and must defeat his opponent to win cash. The more you entertain the audience and your sponsors further increases your prize money. Use this money to enhance your heroes or purchase new ones altogether. The stronger the hero, the better the chance you have of winning.
