Interview: Ubisoft CEO Talks To GameSpot

Ever since it was announced that Electronic Arts have purchased 19.9% of Ubisoft the gaming industry has been on edge, and fans are complaining about Electronic Arts trying to monopolize the industry. Now find out what Ubisoft's CEO thinks.

Many fans are concerned that Electronic Arts are trying to take over the gaming industry, destroying individualism and creative freedom within the industry. It seems that CEO of Ubisoft, Yves Guillemot fears the same.

Electronic Arts have bought 19.9% of Ubisoft but it has not currently been announced how this will affect the company who's philosophy is to "play fair." However, Guillemot has spoken to GameSpot about the deal for the first time since it was announced.

Yves Guillemot: I have stated on the record that I view this action on the part of EA as hostile.

GameSpot: Do you see malevolence at its core?
