We reported back in April that Nintendo had teamed up with Panini to distribute an official range of AR cards for Kid Icarus: Uprising, and it looks like the fruits of that deal are finally starting to appear.

Both Nintendo and Panini have been pretty quiet on the deal, which saw sticker-maker Panini set to distribute Kid Icarus: Uprising augmented reality cards and an album across Europe, but it would seem the goods have hit stores.

Our very own welsh_gamer over on the forum has acquired this snap from a branch of the Co-op in the UK, which seems to be the official 'Starter Pack' from Panini, which includes the official binder and three packs of cards, for a price of £5.99.

Not only that, reports elsewhere indicate that the Starter Pack and cards can also be purchased in WHSmith.
