Mario stays top in Japan

The latest Media Create charts from Japan are out, and with it not being a holiday period or a week of any big releases, things are a little subdued.
New Super Mario Bros. 2 remains at the top spot, but with it creeping slowly towards the million-mark, Nintendo might be a little concerned with the game tracking quite a bit behind its DS and Wii counterparts. These charts do not include download sales, but those are not expected to be a significant percentage of total sales.
Meanwhile, Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 continue to sell like hot-cakes; and there are signs of decent legs for Oni Training and Just Dance 2.
Square-Enix can also be happy with Dragon Quest X's performance on Wii if a good chunk of those consumers stay on as subscribers past the free trial period for the MMORPG.
