SEGA have released 15 new speedalicious shots from Sonic's upcoming medieval adventure, Sonic & The Black Knight.

Now that he's been successfully unleashed, Mr. Attitude is all set for another adventure in 2009 - this time exclusively on the Wii.

Sonic has been given a sharp tool of war and plunged into the Middle Ages to do battle with King Arthur himself, who has inexplicable been turned into an evil and fearful overlord. SEGA have released 15 new screenshots for Sonic and the Black Knight, five of which can be seen below (the other 10 can be viewed in our Black Knight game page).

Gee whizz, Sonic, that's a pretty big sword you've got there. Could you possibly be compensating for something?

Sonic and the Black Knight will be out in the Spring of 2009.
