We've got a multitude of new screens from the Marvelous role-player...
We've has our eyes on Arc Rise Fantasia for a while now. The Marvelous/image epoch-developed RPG has a clear air of Tales of Symphonia inflection; and that's no bad thing considering it was GameCube's greatest RPG (sorry boss).
The game is well on track for a 2009 release in Japan, and a tonne of new screenshots of the game in action - as well as lovely shots from the CGI cutscenes - have been released. Check out a small taster below.
Fantasia has all the traits of a good old RPG, so expect lots of dungeon exploring.
Battles are turn-based, but a focus on team co-operation adds a strategic depth to proceedings.
Meet our main lad. Dragon-slaughtering is what he does.
There's over twenty screens of the game in the gallery, so be sure to have a gander.
Arc Rise Fantasia has been confirmed for a US release under publisher XSEED.
