Square Enix prepare a brand new IP for DS...

With Square riding high on the success of many platinum selling RPGs on Nintendo DS, including worthwile re-runs of the Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest series', it's no surprise they're looking to invest heavily in the system.

The latest product to spawn from the Japanese behemoth is a brand new game going by the name of Blood of Bahamut. There's no indication whether or not this action role-playing game has any connection with the SNES title Bahamut Lagoon, but Square is keeping us guessing. What is likely to get most gamers interested however, is the influence the game seemingly takes from cult hit Shadow of the Colossus. You can see for yourself below.
