The first 3DS entry for the cult Driver series is shaping up pretty nicely...

Ubisoft has released the first full trailer for this year's 3DS-exclusive Driver: Renegade. The game looks to emulate the car-focussed, open-world action that the series was founded on, all rendered in stereoscopic 3D.

While the character art seems to take inspiration from Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, the graphics are definitely a good indication of how well the 3DS can handle a more realistic style.

Driver: Renegade races onto 3DS this autumn.
