WayForward was working on an Aliens game for DS, which apparently was canned, but a video of the game just reached the interwebs. See it inside!

WayForward, more known for Contra 4 for DS, LIT for Wii Ware and the upcoming and stunning A Boy And His Blob for Wii was apparently working together with Gearbox (Samba de Amigo Wii) on a 2D Aliens action game called Aliens: Colonial Marines to be published by SEGA.

A trailer of the game was published on Youtube revealing this game and claiming that it got cancelled by SEGA. There's no official response about this yet, but check out the footage and we'll be sure to keep you informed!

Update: As you can see, the video below has been made unavailable, which pretty much proves the authenticity of the footage.
