If your garden gnome has gone missing it may be on a world tour, or it may simply be fighting other gnomes.

QubicGames' upcoming WiiWare title Gnomz is most certainly one of the more unusual concepts for a game; up to four gnomes fight each other and try and smash their opponents to pieces.

The title is due out on the WiiWare service later in the year and this 2D fighter is certainly eye-catching due to its use of bright colours. Gnomz promises to keep you on your toes as action is constantly happening around you thanks to deadly opponents, weird and wonderful power-ups such as flying elephants and dynamic environments.

Gnomz boasts 25 arenas, a host of characters including evil trolls and ninja rabbits, and an array of modes and power ups to keep you busy. QubicGames has just launched a website for this unique title, which can be viewed here, as well as the trailer below.
