Capcom's behemoth series Monster Hunter is due to make its Nintendo 3DS debut in Japan next month with Monster Hunter 3G. We've just got a new batch of screenshots that sees the characters get up close and personal with the monsters.

All of the screenshots show the hero getting up close and personal with a variety of monsters and showcase how they all respond in their own unique ways. In addition to the screenshots we also have several new pieces of art work that illustrate a number of the monsters available to hunt down in Monster Hunter 3G.
