Launching in Japan on April 9th, Oboro Muramasa is the premiere Wii effort from acclaimed developer Vanillaware. The company produced the similar-looking, cult classic Odin Sphere on PS2.

Set in Genroku Japan, players are treated to a legendary tale of mythical swords and fantastical beasts, all blended with some stylishly sublime swashbuckling. See for yourself in the latest trailer.

Muramasa: The Demon Blade has been confirmed western releases by publishers XSEED and Rising Star - the former promising a US release this year and the latter planning a European release in Spring 2010.
