Nicalis is unlikely a name which resounds with many gamers, but the developer is working to bring two of the years most promising-looking WiiWare titles to gamers. One of them is the near-finished Cave Story: an enhanced adaptation of the popular internet game.

Their second title is the mysterious Night Game. The premise could hardly be simpler - you roll a ball to the end of the level. However, the utilisation of clever physics and devious puzzles makes it look like one of the most engrossing titles on WiiWare. Added with a gorgeous style and superb soundtrack, it's become of our most highly-anticipated games of the year.
