Is there anyone out there who hasn't yet played through the original Resident Evil in some form or other? The new Wii version of the original Resident Evil title, now dubbed Resident Evil: Archives is bound for release this week in America and Europe.

It is technically a re-issue of the GameCube re-make of the title - you'll be seeing a lot of the beautiful GameCube cut-scenes in the video below, which to the Remakes' credit still look pretty decent today. Enhanced Wii-mote controls are all that's new however, and beyond this it is still the GameCube version, albeit on a bigger disc. Trailer GET:
